On the road
Road closed, accident, flood, fallen tree, traffic jam: reported by residents, cleared automatically when it is over.
Don’t report while driving. Accident with injuries: call 15 (ambulance), 18 (fire brigade) or 17 (gendarmerie).
How it works
- Choose what you see, then “Here” or tap the map at the exact spot. The same problem reported twice close together counts once.
- “Still there” extends the report; “It’s clear” from two people (or from the person who reported it) removes it.
- Without confirmation, a report disappears on its own: 2 h for a traffic jam, 3 h for an accident, 8 h for a closed or flooded road or an obstacle.
- This information comes from residents, not from the authorities. No account, no name; your location is only sent to place a report.
