- We count different people over the last 3 hours: from 3 people on, it is probably a widespread outage.
- If a planned cut is announced today in your area (EDT, Polynésienne des Eaux), it is shown: that is probably it.
- This information comes from visitors, not from the providers. No account, no name, no IP address kept.
